I’ve in the process of moving which originally for me was “yay!!! Eat hardly and move heavy shit and walk a lot!!” And now that it’s day two it’s “Oh no!!! Eat shit bc no food is in ur house while walking 16,000 steps and lifting heavy shit up and down stairs!!!”
Basically I don’t feel like I’m burning enough to equal all the fast food my family’s buying me but it’s ok it’ll slow down tmrw 💙🖤

45 hours fast (and no hunger pains!!)
Gently eased out with a small plate of veggies (around 135 cals)
Drank so MUCH water
Planning to fast again at least 24 hours bc I still don’t feel hungry (I didn’t feel hungry when I broke my fast but my mum was prodding at me bc we were at a resturant

I just found the best way to curb your craving; it’s pretty gross.
Go to youtube, and search up Dr. Pimple Popper- and watch as many as you need to. Again, it’s gross, but what’s more gross is gaining 5 lbs because you couldn’t refrain from binging.
